Savremena’s students actively work on improving the community and society they live in. Through a number of initiatives and competitions, students promote and spread positive values.

The How to be cool online? competition is a great way for Savremena’s students to take part in a campaign against cyber bullying by sending a creative message to spread the word of love and tolerance among their peers. By submitting a photo and a caption or comment through the How to be cool online? app, they are responding to the unacceptable act of cyber bullying on social media platforms in a real way.

Promoting the right values

By taking part in other campaigns, Savremena International School students promote understanding, friendship and tolerance. Through direct involvement in the project and by designing their own entry in the competition, students attain the necessary information on cyber bullying as they learn how to recognise it, react to it while protecting themselves and others and ultimately effectively put a stop to it.
