School stories

Is there anything better than when students start the week with sports activities?

On Monday, 7 June, Year 10 students and their teachers made the most of the beautiful weather and played sports outdoors. There’s no better way to increase awareness among young people about the importance of physical activity than to show it on an example – during Sports Day!

On this sunny June day, our students showed their athletic prowess and healthy competitiveness.

Our students showcased their team and sporting spirit

Physical and mental exercise are equally as important

Our students showcased their team and sporting spirit, their teachers took on the role of coaches, and everyone enjoyed the quality time they spent together.

The students displayed endurance, leadership and excellent athletic abilities. They played basketball, volleyball, tug of war, and participated in a sack race, while we tested their coordination, accuracy and speed.

As we have shown so many times, the International School strives to develop among its students not only a love of learning, but a love of sports and a healthy lifestyle, as well. This is a practice we will continue in the future!
