Dragana Milutinovic is a Business Studies and Soft Skills Teacher with a background in International Business, Management and Communications. She obtained her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in fields of Management and Communication at the University of Management and University of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade with the highest grades. Over the past 15 years she has been able to gain professional experience in a range of companies and environments, of which the 5 years being in Dubai, UAE including senior management and leadership roles in international organizations for the Europe, Middle East and the US market. Her professional experience across Business, Communication, Public Relations, IT & Digital and HR enables her to bring real-world knowledge into the classroom. She is passionate about helping students develop not only strong business knowledge, but also the communication, critical thinking, leadership and interpersonal skills they need to succeed in international environment. Having lived and worked in Dubai for five years, Dragana brings a genuinely international perspective to her teaching and enjoy connecting Cambridge learning with practical business situations and the world beyond the classroom. Dragana gained additional certifications in Conversational Modern Standard Arabic Language (Dubai, UAE) and NLP Practitioner IANLP (Belgrade, Serbia).
