Charity campaignsSchool stories

In a heartwarming gesture of compassion and solidarity, students of International School recently embarked on a mission to provide gifts for the children at the Drop-In Centre. Each class, led by their class teachers, participated in a collective effort to gather snacks and hygiene essentials, recognising the pressing needs of the children at the centre.

Representing the LINK kidZ & Youth WBCC, Lana Lukić, a Year 13 student, and Tara Zelenović, a Year 8 student, took the initiative to personally deliver the packages to the centre. The students ensured that the packages contained a variety of snacks and hygiene products, aiming to provide some relief to the daily lives of the children at the centre.

This noble endeavour not only shows the empathy and generosity of the International School community but also underscores the importance of reaching out to those in need. The students hope that these packages brought smiles to the faces of the children from the Drop-In Centre and contributed positively to their well-being.
