School stories

Having in mind how much the students enjoy our long list of clubs, and knowing how important it is to de-stress and focus on something besides academics, we decided to add three more clubs.

Art Club – Enhancing creativity

For all those art lovers, we prepared the Art Club, where the students, together with their teacher Ms Nevena, can create the art pieces without any boundaries and enhance their creativity and self-expression.

The International School nurtures reflective inquirers who are ready to show their skills and help others achieve their goals. This is why we’re introducing two student-led clubs.

Speech and Debate Club – Discussing various topics

Speech and Debate Club is run by Year 11 student Petar Janjanin who wants to discuss various topics with his schoolmates while developing logical arguments and research skills, and training themselves in public speaking.

ISMUN Club – How does the UN work?

ISMUN Club is led by Year 13 students Maša Mitić and Uroš Jež. With them in charge, interested students can experience how United Nations debates function and step in the shoes of diplomates even just for a while.

Attending clubs is not all about fun, it has much greater importance – it can improve students’ competitiveness as future university applicants. As you can see, the International School is covering both aspects.
