To mark International Women’s Day, the Empowered Voices Club organized a special activity that brought together students and staff to celebrate and appreciate the women who inspire us every day. Through a series of creative and interactive activities, the initiative encouraged members of the school community to express gratitude and reflect on the important role women play in our lives.

Creative Workshop: Paper Roses as a Symbol of Appreciation

Members of the club set up a stand where visitors could take part in a small creative workshop and learn how to make delicate paper roses. These handmade flowers became a symbolic gesture of appreciation and respect, dedicated to the remarkable women who motivate and support us both inside and outside the classroom.

Messages of Gratitude

Participants were also invited to create personalized cards dedicated to a woman who inspires them. Many took the opportunity to write heartfelt messages to mothers, teachers, friends, and colleagues, sharing words of gratitude and recognition for the women who have positively influenced their lives.

Fun and Educational Trivia

Alongside the creative activities, the club organized a light-hearted trivia quiz about notable women and their achievements. The quiz gave participants a chance to test their knowledge while discovering new and inspiring stories about women who have shaped history and society.

Promoting Appreciation, Equality, and Empowerment

Through this initiative, the Empowered Voices Club reminded the entire school community of the importance of recognizing women’s contributions, celebrating their achievements, and continuing to support equality and empowerment in everyday life.
