International School students from Years 1 to 7 stepped beyond the traditional classroom and into the exciting world of science and technology during a visit to Palata nauke, organised as part of the school’s Classroom Without Walls programme.

The visit offered students a wonderful opportunity to explore scientific ideas in a stimulating and interactive environment. Surrounded by engaging exhibits and modern technology, they were able to observe, investigate and discover how science is connected to the world around them.

From taking a closer look through a microscope to observing fascinating technological displays, including a robotic hand, students approached each exhibit with curiosity and enthusiasm. The interactive setting encouraged them to pay attention to details, ask questions and think about how scientific principles can be applied in everyday life.

Learning through exploration and discovery

One of the main goals of the Classroom Without Walls programme is to give students the opportunity to learn through direct experience, and the visit to Palata nauke provided the perfect setting for exactly that. Instead of encountering scientific concepts only through books and classroom activities, students were able to see them brought to life through practical and visual examples.
