International School’s Science and Charity Fair

A student-led celebration of creativity, community and curiosity

This year’s Holiday Bazaar & Science Fair, held on 22 December 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hotel Zepter in Belgrade, is more than a seasonal gathering; it is an evening fully shaped, driven and brought to life by our students. From planning and research to presentations, decorations and hands-on activities, our learners take the lead in every segment of the event. Their ideas, their projects and their teamwork transform a simple school activity into a meaningful community celebration with real humanitarian impact.

All proceeds from the Holiday Bazaar support charitable initiatives chosen by our students!

Admission is free, but registration is required.

A Night Built by Students: For the Community

The goal of this event is not only to showcase knowledge, but to empower students to become creators, organizers and hosts. Every club takes responsibility for its own stand. Students select themes, prepare materials, design activities, and welcome visitors with confidence and enthusiasm.

Visitors will have the chance to:

  • Support a humanitarian cause chosen and led by students
  • Discover original, student-designed projects
  • Engage in interactive learning created by young innovators
  • Experience an atmosphere that reflects teamwork, leadership and creativity

This is where students show what happens when they’re trusted to lead — and the results speak for themselves.

What can you expect?

Why This Event Matters

This event highlights what happens when students take the lead.
They plan it, organise it and shape the experience from start to finish.

Visitors see their creativity, confidence and teamwork in action — not just what they’ve learned, but how they grow through collaboration and responsibility.

It’s a simple, meaningful way to celebrate community, learning and the spirit of the season — all led by our students.
