School stories

As part of this year’s Code Week activities, Year 8-1 students showcased their creativity and digital skills by presenting projects they created in Robotics class, led by their teacher Maja Milosavljević. Through a project-based learning activity, students used Tinkercad and Roblox Studio to design, model, and explain a topic of their choice.

Using Tinkercad, students created 3D models that demonstrated their understanding of digital design, spatial reasoning, and the basics of engineering thinking. Meanwhile, in Roblox Studio, they built interactive virtual environments that allowed them to apply logic, storytelling, and introductory coding principles in a familiar, game-based platform.

By combining these tools, students not only demonstrated technical skills but also practiced problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy – key competencies promoted by the European Code Week initiative.

A special recognition goes to Platon Lisnik, Rok Stefanović, and Aleksei Kliachkin for their outstanding work and innovative project ideas.

International School consistently promotes the meaningful use of technology in the classroom, inspiring students to develop their digital skills and creativity.
