To mark the end of a significant chapter in their academic journey, Year 9 students enjoyed an end-of-year celebration organized by their class teacher, Ms. Marija Milić. This moment symbolized more than just the conclusion of the school year – it marked a transition to the next level of their education, as they prepare to enter Year 10.

The event began with a warm and emotional welcome from Ms. Milić, who reflected on the class’s growth and experiences over the past three years. A slideshow of memories – spanning from their first days in Year 7 to the present – brought smiles and laughter, capturing the unique bond shared by this generation of students.

To make the moment even more meaningful, each student received a personalized message and a sweet little gift, thoughtfully prepared by their teacher. These surprises served as a reminder of their individual journey and the community they’ve helped build together.

Students also contributed to a symbolic “Memory cord”, pinning up their thank-you notes addressed to classmates, teachers, and friends. The celebration continued with an interactive Mentimeter session, where students voted for their peers in different categories, highlighting the unique personalities and talents within the class.

The event was a perfect mix of joy, nostalgia, and excitement for what’s to come. It not only honored the past but also embraced the future – reminding students that while some chapters may close, the memories and friendships last a lifetime.
