Stefani Vujčić is the Year 3 Head Teacher at IS International School. She grew up and studied in Australia, where she completed a Master’s degree in Teaching, and has spent over 10 years teaching across a range of international schools in both Serbia and Australia. Stefani believes that students should always be looking towards the future, and she is passionate about the way international education equips children with the technological fluency and life skills essential to their development in an ever-changing world. Her approach is grounded in Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences: she believes every child is intelligent in their own unique way, and she takes the time to get to know each student as a whole person, building the confidence they need to shine while gently nurturing the areas where they need more support. As a leader within the primary team, Stefani leads by example, maintaining healthy work habits, keeping children’s best interests at the heart of every decision, and motivating those around her to be the best they can be. Outside of school, she loves travelling and spending quality time with her family, along with shopping and relaxing with a good book or movie.
