Savremena’s football team returned with bronze medals, following the competition held on 26 October, in which Belgrade’s private schools competed in sporting events.

A team that wins despite all obstacles

Despite a severe competition, Savremena’s students, who participated in the competition for the first time, showed that they foster a true sporting spirit and have a potential to achieve great success in the future.

A team of truly different students managed to overcome all obstacles – they beat the Sveti Vasilije Ostroški school team, drew a tie with Ruđer Bošković and thus appeared on the winners’ podium.

The medals paved the way for new challenges

This achievement has enabled Savremena’s football team to participate in the next tournament and the following sports event will take place next month in Novi Sad.
